Join us for a celebration of clay in local venues, galleries and outdoor spaces across Whakatū from 3rd – 9th October 2026.
Nelson Clay Week brings together potters, ceramicists and artists from across Aotearoa and beyond for a series of workshops and events designed for everyone, from seasoned makers to complete beginners.
Our programme is packed with a diverse range of activities, including workshops, artist talks, exhibitions, live demonstrations and public displays of clay, including the return of Potter’s Square.
