Venue: Trafalgar Centre, Paru Paru Road, Nelson
Date: Friday, 12 December 2025
Morning timeline:
- 8am: Graduates arrive at NMIT. Some volunteers and tutors will be needed to prepare for the parade
- 8:30am: Parade leaves NMIT towards the Trafalgar Centre
- 9am: All graduates, including those not joining the parade, check in at the Trafalgar Centre. Volunteers and tutors ready to assist.
- 10am – 12.30pm: Ceremony
- 12:30 – 1.30pm: Post-ceremony celebration in the foyer.
Afternoon timeline:
- 12:30pm: Graduates arrive at NMIT. Some volunteers and tutors will be needed to prepare for the parade
- 1pm: Parade leaves NMIT towards the Trafalgar Centre
- 2pm: All graduates, including those not joining the parade, check in at the Trafalgar Centre. Volunteers and tutors ready to assist.
- 3pm: Ceremony
- 6pm – 7:30pm: Post ceremony celebration in the foyer.
