Nelson City Council is excited to host the Matariki Festival, Te Huihui-o-Matariki 2024, in collaboration with Ngā Iwi e Waru o Te Tauihu o Te Waka-a-Maui!
With plenty of live entertainment from local groups, light art displays, a night market, and a performance by special guest and New Zealand multi-award-winning Māori singer-songwriter Maisey Rika, there is fun to be had for the whole whānau.
