This free community event aims to provide a platform to showcase the beauty and vibrancy of Pacific culture through music and dance on a professional stage. The festival also provides a space for the Pacific community to display information stalls and sell their cultural cuisine, fine arts and crafts. This exciting and creative initiative not only supports ESOL and Bilingual learning through the arts, it also provides our Pasifika people the opportunity to celebrate their rich and vibrant culture with the wider community of Marlborough, to further cultivate a sense of belonging in their local communities.
We would like to thank you on behalf of our Pacific communities in Marlborough for partnering with us to build platforms and initiatives to support the empowerment of our Pasifika people to thrive and prosper in their dreams and aspirations.
